Office Transition
To our valued patients,
In order to continue providing the highest level of care and service that is the foundation of our practice, we will be consolidating our staff to a single office at our Lake Zurich location at 795 Ela Rd., Ste. 115, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
We will have a reduced schedule of hours in the Elgin office during the months of August and September 2026. The Elgin location will be closed as of October 1, 2026.
Dr. Lutz, Dr. Sorenson, nurses Celina and Dana, and all of our current staff will continue to serve patients at our Lake Zurich location.
It has been our privilege to be a part of and serve the Elgin community these last 15 years. We hope to continue serving all of you and look forward to continuing your care in our Lake Zurich location.
