New Office Opens January 9th, 2014

Our new office will be located at 1585 N. Barrington Rd. Doctors Building 2 Suite 501 Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 at the St. Alexius Hospital Campus.
We will be offering the same quality care as at our main office on Capital Street in Elgin at location that we hope will be more convenient for our patients coming from the east.
Appointments at this second location will be available starting Thursday, January 9th, 2014.
